Dispatch & Delivery Time

An order is normally shipped within 1-3 working/business days. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19, the shipping of your orders could be delayed. Post shipping the normal delivery time is 2-6 working/business days depending on the delivery location. We appreciate your patience. This timeline is subject to change due to both external or internal factors.

Working/Business days mean Monday to Saturday, exclusive of Sundays, National / Regional holidays and the date of payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday-Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays during which the warehouse will be closed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once we receive your order, we immediately start manufacturing your ordered products in the next available business hour.
  • After your ordered products are manufactured, the products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • We prepare, manufacture and pack your products before handing over the package to the courier.
  • Once the order is shipped, tracking information is sent to your given email id and phone number.
  • Kindly wait and keep a track of the movement of your package, it will be delivered to you at the earliest.

Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please mail us regarding it.

Different billing and shipping address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. It can be the same or different depending on you.

Tracking Notifications

Once orders are shipped/dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your given email id & contact number by our logistics team from which you will be able to follow up on your shipments. The expected delivery time would be shown on the tracking page, so you would know where your order has reached and how long can it take to reach your doorstep.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier website.

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product due to your unavailability, you must contact us, and we will resend it to you. Any losses bearing due to non-acceptance of prepaid delivery will be borne by the buyer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. We charge flat Rs.59 for all orders below Rs.299 and offer free shipping on selected orders above Rs.299. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Shipping charges are based on item price and weight. More number of items in your shopping bag will get you the benefits of lesser shipping charges. All item weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams by courier companies.

For products on discounts, the shipping charge is subject to change.

Unavailability, Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and pin code/zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. Please make sure you enter the full and correct shipping address during the checkout process. Any refund against RTO orders will be not initiated, you can Request Us to Re-Ship it with New Actual Address & Contact Details. We will reship it on next working day.

The transit time mentioned above is approximate values only. Sometimes, good things take time! Due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur owing to Bad weather conditions; Transportation delays; Political disruptions; or Other unforeseen circumstances like the current pandemic, lock-down, etc. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails for such updates. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. The date of delivery may also vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 15 business days from the date of your order.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
