To place an order on our website, please follow the following steps:

  • With options as vast as the ocean, you will first have to pick what you love.
  • Once you’ve made a choice, add the item to your cart click on the “add to cart” button, or if you like to buy the item directly click on the “buy now button” to skip the cart page and go to check out page (step ‘6’).
  • After you’re done selecting our products, click on the cart icon.
  • This will lead to a list of the selected products, where you can have a second look.
  • Once you’ve confirmed what to order, click on “check out”.
  • You can place your order by logging into your account or by signing in as a guest.
  • Confirm your shipping address, select the payment method, place the order and sit back and relax till we deliver your order.

We auto create your account while checkout.  Having an account will help you to track your orders, check order history, check your A Sweeter Touch Wallet etc.

  • Once the order has been placed, you will be receiving an email update with a confirmation on the selected products. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified.
  • Another email update shall be sent to you along with the tracking number, once the order has been shipped out.

Allow us time to prepare your order. We don’t provide any tracking status for the time till your order is shipped. Tracking is available from the time the order is shipped out of our warehouse. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end. Checking the status of your order is a fairly simple process. All you have to do is click on the link below and enter your tracking number/order id/email id used to place the order. (Order id will be provided with the invoice and you will get the docket number with courier partner name/URL.)

Yes, you can modify your order within 1 hour of order placement. Get in touch with us via the contact us page for the same.

If you want to add more products to your existing order, then you will have to place another separate order by selecting the products you wish to purchase and pay for them. Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, kindly get in touch with us via  the contact us page and mention both the order numbers to us. We will send your whole order together in one go.
